Jessica & Matthias’ Greenhouse Wedding at Blockhouse PDX
We had so much fun celebrating Jessica and Matthias at their Blockhouse PDX wedding. Blockhouse is one of our favorite industrial venues in Portland. Not only do you have the minimalistic feel that Blockhouse provides but you also have the opportunity to utilize the greenhouse next door at Pomarius Nursery.
Jessica and Matthias set out to plan a wedding that was intimate and romantic. They invited just their closest family and friends which was around 50 people which made for a relaxed wedding day. Take a look at their highlight film that was filmed in super 8mm here

Planning your BlockhousePDX wedding.
Blockhouse is located inside of Pomarius Nursery at 1988 NW 18th Ave. It is an intimate gathering space where you can enjoy chef inspired meals and a close connection with friends and family.
You can rent Blockhouse for 12 hours which includes tables and chairs for 40 people or you can have as many as 75 guests if you rent a portion of Pomarius Nursery’s greenhouse.
They have a list of approved caterers you can choose from ~ and trust us the food we had was absolutely delicious.

Renting out the Pomarius Nursery greenhouse
I highly recommend renting out the greenhouse at Pomarius Nursery to take your couples photos. The greenhouse is absolutely stunning and provides lush greenery with a romantic and whimsical vibe.
